DATELINE: Vicenza (2)

We are in Vicenza, I wrote a big, long piece about yesterday and today and, somehow it disappeared.  I'm not going to write it again.  So you'll just have to be satisfied with knowing that we got here safely, took care of some goofs in the apartment,  found an internet hot spot, are going to Venice tomorrow, and I'll write it all over again when I simmer down
