I knew nothing about this film when I opened it up on the Flix instant watch. It showed up on my "you might be interested in" list and, since I'm a fan of both Terrance Stamp and Vanessa Redgrave, I thought , "Why not?" I was completely unprepared for its emotional whammy. Stamp and Redgrave are stunning, luminous. When it's over, if you still have any Kleenex left, go here for the coup de gras.
