Daughter Alex arrives tomorrow afternoon for a stay of 10 days. Guest quarters have been scrubbed, fluffed, decorated and otherwise made ready for her. A few plans on tap: 2-night trip to Tlaquepaque and Guadalajara for sightseeing and shopping, shrimp at Dago's, dinner party to celebrate her birthday ~ its a big one that ends in "0" ~ some dominoes, and lots of reading and hammock time.
